Welcome to HireStaff Chicago, a woman owned and operated 501(c)(3) public charity, providing career development and job placement services to ethnic minorities facing employment challenges in Chicago. Our organization offers a range of programs to assist individuals with job readiness, resume writing, interview preparation, career counseling, and financial literacy, all aimed at fostering economic prosperity for residents  in underserved communities on Chicago's West and South sides.

Nicole Fraction, the Founder and Executive Director of HireStaff Chicago, bringing a combined 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Workforce development.

Born, raised, and residing in North Lawndale, Nicole understands the employment challenges faced by her community, where high rates of unemployment persist, especially among young residents. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated these issues, underscoring the urgent need for programs like those offered by HireStaff Chicago.

Seeing a need for more energetic, nonprofit work in the Staffing industry, we formed our organization to provide modern and sensible solutions. We've consistently grown since, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
